About LIMedia

LIMedia was founded by a Long Island software developer who has been creating computer software since 1985.  After receiving a Masters Degree in Computer Science from Hofstra University in 1990 and teaching in the Computer Science department at Hofstra for several years, his attention turned to developing custom business and educational software.

When the Internet boom began to take hold, LIMedia was formed to handle the many types of development projects clients were demanding.  Today, the company remains involved in a wide variety of applications, including software programming, web design, database integration, and multimedia projects.

Our development staff has expertise in HTML, Java, Javascript, VBScript, Pascal, C++, and SQL.  Although we are certainly proud of these abilities, we are even prouder of the fact that we constantly strive to use our technological skills in a way that touches people and enhances their lives.
